"I purchased a recliner from this business"
I bought a recliner from this business, and it got shipped about a month back. I reached out to them, and they discovered that the delivery truck had an accident. The representative was super friendly and did everything they could to assist me. They even offered me a quick discount. Still, it would’ve been great if they had informed me earlier.

"Received the wrong order and it took forever"
My order showed up late. I had to reach out to find out what was going on with my purchase and the shipping details. They claimed it was available, but that wasn’t true. The stock they list isn’t what they actually have in their store or on-site. The order I made didn’t come from the physical store but straight from the Estee Lauder website. They sent me a substitute item since the one I wanted was unavailable, and they didn’t even ask me first. I thought I was buying from Olivse, assuming they had the product ready to go, but that turned out to be wrong. Now, I’m stuck dealing with a terrible return policy.
